Lynn “Larson” Doty has been hired as CEO and team leader at Keller Williams Realty Signature Partners, 2651 Dallas Highway in Marietta. She will head a team of more than 220 associates, which is the largest real estate brokerage in West Cobb.

She has 28 continuous years of experience in the real estate industry.  She started in condo sales with The Condo Marketplace in 1986 in Marietta with her father, Jim Larson.

Most recently, she has specialized in launching, leading and growing successful Keller Williams Realty offices both nationally and internationally. In 2003, under Doty’s leadership, the market center won the “Home Run Launch” award from Keller Williams Realty International, setting the standard for first year success in profit and profit share.

Over the past nine years, Doty has shared her talents and strengths in southwest Florida and South Africa to help launch four new Keller Williams offices. It is a testimony to her talent she was hand selected by international leaders to lead and launch the Cape Town, South Africa region. She now returns to West Cobb and Keller Williams Realty Signature Partners, where she will share her experiences with the agents there to help them grow and develop successful businesses.

“The Team Leader’s job is to recruit, retain, train and motivate our associates. We had to be very selective about finding the right person because our associates are our most important asset,” said Rick Hale, operating partner of Keller Williams Realty Signature Partners. “Lynn understands the Keller Williams culture completely and we are delighted she has joined us.”
