New health course to help improve eating habits, more

Beth Linn, CEO of Real Fitness in Acworth and certified personal trainer, will teach the Health Coach Certificate program at Kennesaw State University’s College of Continuing and Professional Education from Sept. 8 to Nov. 10.

This program is designed to expand one’s expertise in the area of exercise, fitness and behavior modification. Topics include improving eating habits and behaviors that keep individuals from losing weight and how to incorporate physical activity to improve overall health.

Anyone interested in a specialty certification to enhance their fitness careers or anyone who wants to learn how to make better lifestyle choices are encouraged to take this course. The registration fee is $799, and all classes will be held at KSU Center, 3333 Busbee Drive.
