Haven announces new KSU student housing

Haven Campus Communities announced a 792-bed luxury student housing community at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw. Stadium Village, located across the street from the KSU football stadium, will be delivered in time for the Owls inaugural 2015 football season.

The community will offer fully furnished townhomes and flat-style floor plans. Each four-bedroom, four-bath apartment will include a fully-equipped kitchen, large flat screen TVs, full-size washers and dryers, trundle beds with pillow top mattresses, private bathrooms for each bedroom and large floor plans with ample closet space. Stadium Village also offers by-the-bed leases with all-inclusive rental packages including electricity, water, cable and Internet. Stadium Village will provide dynamic Internet service through its own on-site managed network. The community will be the first student housing community in the Kennesaw State market to offer one gigabyte of dedicated bandwidth to its residents.

The new community will also offer a clubhouse with a full range of amenities that including a cyber-lounge, charging stations, coffee bar, fitness center, tanning rooms, game room, computer center with two private study rooms featuring smart TVs and professional on-site management. The outdoor clubhouse area will include an infinity pool, sun deck, large tanning deck and hammock garden. The community also features an outdoor amphitheater, covered built-in grills, a large outdoor pavilion with TVs, lounge furniture and fire pit.

Stadium Village will also feature an “avenue” styled amenity space which will include multiple gatherings areas with built-in seating, grilling stations, fire pits and green spaces.
