CUMBERLAND — SK Commercial Realty has expanded its staff and services by creating an investments division.

“While our principals have a strong history and understanding of investment sales and acquisitions, we felt it was prudent to create a formal division to complement SKCR’s existing services. With the addition of Spencer Coan and Jared Barnett, our firm members have now transacted more than $500 million of commercial real estate acquisitions across the United States,” said Hugh Scott III, chief executive officer of SK Commercial Realty.

Coan will lead the investments division as senior vice president, with Barnett as vice president.

SK Commercial Realty is a full-service commercial real estate firm located in Atlanta, with offices at 900 Circle 75 Parkway. SKCR has approximately 2.5 million square feet of space under lease and management across Georgia, Florida, Texas and South Carolina. The firm offers office and health care brokerage, investment sales, project consulting, and property and asset management. For more information please call (404) 252.1200, or visit the company website at www.skcr.com
