Cumberland-based Boyd Collar Nolen & Tuggle LLC announced the induction of its attorney Brooke M. French to the Charles Longstreet Weltner Family Law Inn of Court. French was invited to participate in the prestigious association as a barrister.
She represents clients in all aspects of domestic relations litigation, including divorce, separate maintenance, child custody and support modifications, contempt, post-divorce modification and enforcement, family violence, paternity and legitimation and prenuptial agreements.
French is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and devotes her pro bono work to the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and the Fulton County Family Law Information Center.
She is also a trained guardian ad litem for both Fulton and Cobb County cases. She received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2003. Prior to law school, French received her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in political science and Spanish from Union College in Schenectady, N.Y., in 2000.
