The race for adults and children benefits the Brain Tumor Foundation for Children. It honors its namesake, Kennesaw Mountain High School student Faith Cline, who was diagnosed at age 15 with an inoperable brain tumor and died in 2012.
The race follows a fast, flat route through historic downtown Kennesaw and Swift-Cantrell Park and is fun for beginners and accomplished runners and walkers alike.
