Traton Homes announces three new communities

Marietta-based Traton Homes announced that new homes are now available for purchase in McClure Farms, Greenwich Park and Tradition at Roswell.

Located in Acworth, McClure Farms is a community of 74 single-family homes priced from the high-$300s. The community features an amenities package that includes a pool with a water feature, cabana with outdoor fireplace and playground. Children in the community will attend Frey Elementary, McClure Middle and Allatoona High schools.

Greenwich Park in Johns Creek, a gated enclave community of 21 single-family homes, is priced from the $800s. Homes feature exteriors with four-sides of architectural detail and side-entry three-car garages. Children in the community will attend State Bridge Crossing Elementary, Autrey Mill Middle and Johns Creek High schools.

Tradition at Roswell in north Fulton county offers 14 single-family homes priced from the $500s. Children in the community will attend Mountain Park Elementary, Crabapple Middle and Roswell High schools.
