KENNESAW — A Lilburn man is in Cobb County Jail after making terroristic threats against a Kennesaw State University student, a witness said to police.

Ryan Berry, 34, contacted a victim and threatened to kill him by ripping out his throat and stuffing it down his lungs, police said.

According to a witness, Berry planned to attack his victim in Prillaman Hall on the campus of KSU, and then have a friend “finish the victim off” in the victim’s Roswell home.

Berry is held on $50,000 bond and is being held for Roswell Police Department.
