Zion Hill to mark 150th anniversary next month

Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Acworth is celebrating its 150th anniversary with activities from July 7 to 11.

A service will begin each night at 7 p.m. and will feature former pastors and sons of the church. On July 12, the church will celebrate with a banquet in the fellowship at 6 p.m. Tickets are $25 and attire is semi-formal.

A celebration service will be on July 13 at 11 a.m. and at 4 p.m. To commemorate the occasion, the church is also publishing a souvenir 150th anniversary program.
