Authorities seek the public’s help in identifying a man accused of robbing a BP on Cobb Parkway.

According to investigators, a man entered the gas station on the corner of Paces Mill Road near Vinings and immediately pointed a handgun at a female clerk. After demanding and receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, police say the man fled the business on foot.

Police say the gunman is a “light-skinned” man, possibly Hispanic, with an average build and is about five feet, eight inches tall.

He was last seen wearing a dark blue mechanics outfit, a blue bandanna that covered the lower part of his face, a blue skull cap, sunglasses and gloves.

Anyone with information is asked to call (770) 499-3945, or by contacting Greater Atlanta Crime Stoppers at (404) 577-TIPS.
