Career Transition Ministries will have a meeting June 16 at 6:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Marietta.

On any given Friday, any employee anywhere in America may find him or herself at the end of a job. Ask Bob Sabin. He’s had jobs last as long as 10 years and as short as 85 days. He’s quit jobs, been laid off and even fired. Through it all, though, he’s only collected unemployment three times and just once for more than a month. Bob’s got some great tips for quick turnaround and shorter unemployment tenure he’ll be sharing that could benefit your job search greatly.

The church is at 189 Church St., Marietta. For more information, call Sabin at (770) 795-9084 or Lee Pence at (770) 428-9350 or visit www.fpcmariettta.org.
