A Marietta man is facing charges after police say he threw an umbrella at a moving vehicle.

According to police, Jeffrey Travis Butzer hurled an umbrella at the victim’s 2004 Chevy Silverado while she was driving, causing damage to the passenger’s side window.

He has been charged with terroristic threats and acts, a felony.

Yes. When I think of terrorism, I think of people throwing umbrellas at cars and saying things that aren't real nice.

Sounds like Cobb police: 1) have too much time on there hands; 2) are too dumb to be a cop; or 3) are just harassing this guy with bogus/trumped up charges. Either way, Cobb County demands better of the folks they put on the street as police officers.

Let the bully, thug cops go to Fulton county. We do not want/need them in Cobb county.
