Cumberland-based Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods announced it is selling homes at Sawyer Farms in the city of Grayson within Gwinnett County. Homes will features four-sided brick exteriors priced from the mid $200’s.

The Neighborhood Sales Manager will be Anise Hawkins, a resident of Gwinnett County since 2001, who boasts 17 years in the real estate industry. Her last nine years were as a broker. Hawkins once sold 32 homes in just six weeks — a feat she hopes to repeat at Sawyer Farms.

Homes in Sawyer Farms come with a 100-year warranty on the brick and feature four-sides sod, four-sides gutter systems and quick recovery gas water heaters. Children in the community will attend Starling Elementary School, Couch Middle School and Grayson High School in the Gwinnett County Public School System.

Home buyers in Sawyer Farms will also have an opportunity to experience Acadia’s new Design Gallery — where they can select everything from light fixtures and flooring, to cabinetry and countertops.
