William Mark Cochran, of Smyrna, was given a bond of $50,000 after being charged with cruelty to children, child molestation and public indecency.

Police say Cochran exposed himself to a minor and asked her out on a date at midnight Jan. 2. According to police, Cochran was also accused of several other incidents of indecent behavior against the victim.
