Romeo Zoekia Keller Jr. of Atlanta, Romeo Keller Sr. of Decatur and Elisha Lenise Dobbins of Atlanta have been charged with crimes during a domestic violence incident earlier this month.

Police say the incident happened at 6:30 p.m. April 12 on Mission Ridge Lane in Cobb County. Keller Jr. was charged with misdemeanor charges of assault and cruelty to animals after police say he threatened Dobbins’ property, yelling at her and picking up a wrench and a large bottle in a threatening manner. He also is charged with injuring the woman’s dog.

Keller Sr. was charged with obstruction of law enforcement after police said he mislead them about his son’s date of birth and name. Keller Sr. also pointed police in the wrong direction and claimed he didn’t know where his son was, but police say the two were spotted in the same vehicle a short time later.

Dobbins, the victim named in Keller Jr.’s assault charge, drew a charge of her own about 20 minutes later. The warrant says she poured bleach on Keller Jr.’s clothes outside the apartment complex where he lived.

Keller Jr. received a $3,500 bond, while Keller Jr. and Dobbins were released on $2,000 bonds.
