Local woman dances ‘Mary Poppins’

Caitlin M. Hardegree from Powder Springs performed in the dance production of “Mary Poppins” presented by the Gainesville Ballet Company in Brenau University’s Pearce Auditorium on March 14 to 16.

She performed in the repertory numbers “Soiree Vivacite,” “Double Trouble” and “In*Spi*Red,” and in “Mary Poppins” as Mary in the Saturday evening show, Mean Nanny in the Friday and Sunday shows, and Peppermint Stick Soloist in the Saturday afternoon show.

Hardegree is a junior majoring in dance studies at Brenau University. She graduated with honors from McEachern High School in Powder Springs.
