SMYRNA — A Smyrna teenager was arrested by Cobb Police on Wednesday after they say he fired a gun at two men, causing serious harm.

According to the warrant, Demetri Glenn, 17, was arrested off Old Concord Road, just west of Dobbins Air Reserve Base.

The warrant stated Glenn fired a 9mm handgun several times at two men, hitting one of them in the right elbow.

“The injury caused limited use of (the man’s) right arm and the injury required surgery,” the warrant said.

Glenn faces five charges, including possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and two felonies for aggravated assault.

He was not granted bond and remains at the Cobb jail.
