South Cobb High School to have health, wellness fair on Saturday

The South Cobb High School Parent Teacher Student Association announced it is sponsoring a Community Health and Wellness Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 22, in the school gymnasium at 1920 Clay Road in Austell.

There will be free Injury and Body Mass Index screenings, blood pressure checks, vision checks, a 50/50 raffle, Zumba classes and other freebies during this event.

Some of the participating vendors include the Cobb/Douglas Public Health, Lupus Foundation, American Diabetes Association, Sickle Cell Anemia Foundation, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, LA Fitness and Walgreens.
