Cobb Police and the Georgia Bureau of Investigations are looking for Betty Ann Watson, 72, who suffers from dementia and schizophrenia.

Watson was last known to have taken a taxi to the AmTrak station in Atlanta, and police say she left on her own accord. Because she is a dementia patient and has not been found, she is considered a missing person and a statewide Mattie’s Call has been issued.

She was last seen at the Wellcare Senior Center, 2433 Powder Springs Road, Marietta. She was wearing a gray puffy jacket, black pants and is carrying a black handbag.

Watson is described as a black woman who is 5-foot 8-inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds.

No foul play is suspected.
