Jessica Marshall, 34, was arrested Dec. 7 on charges of aggravated battery and willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer. According to the warrant, Marshall seriously harmed Ronald Pina during a physical altercation when she bit off the bottom part of his ear. When Marietta police attempted to detain her, she actively resisted arrest by flailing her arms to avoid handcuffs. Pina was also arrested on charges of battery after police say he pulled her Marshall’s hair and punched her in the stomach.

Marshall was released the next day on a bond of $22,220.
