Amador Delacruz, 29, was arrested Nov. 17 on four counts of aggravated assault, two counts of drug trafficking, as well as possession of a firearm and intent to distribute marijuana. Police say the Smyrna man used a handgun to shoot inside the Marietta home of a woman, firing at least four rounds and nearly hitting the woman and three minors in her home.

Police also found more than 28 grams of a suspected cocaine mixture and 28 grams of suspected methamphetamine in Delacruz’s home, along with marijuana.

The warrant states that Delacruz was also convicted in November 2006 for possessing a weapon. According to jail records, he has not been given a bond.
