A string of prostitution arrests were made Nov. 15 in Marietta after undercover police responded to several “escorting” ads posted on the website Backpage.com. Meghan MacLellan, 18, of Worchester, Mass., was also charged with prostitution. According to the arrest warrant, a deal was made to travel to an undercover officer’s hotel for sexual intercourse for $180. She was issued bond of $1,320, but has not been released, according to inmate records.
