Pamela Mazikowski was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with contributing to the deprivation of a minor after consuming two glasses of wine within one hour at the Macaroni Grill on Dallas Highway, and then leaving her daughter unattended in the restaurant, according to the arrest warrant.

Mazikowski, of Powder Springs, was placed in the Cobb County jail on a $1,000 bond, according to the arrest warrant.

How old was the child? Where did the mother go? How long was she gone? It seems that you can leave an older child alone for a few minutes if you have to go to the restroom. There is not enough detail in this story.
