A Mableton woman was arrested after allegedly driving her Cadillac recklessly in the parking lot of Mableton Elementary School, according to a warrant.

Freddricia Leenise Williams declined to return a phone call from a campus police officer about a complaint from school officials prompting the officer to attempt to find her at the school.

Williams was dropping her daughter off at the school when the officer approached her. She allegedly backed her car up and tried to flee. Her daughter exited the car and she continued speeding through the parking lot.

Williams has been charged with misdemeanor obstruction and misdemeanor reckless driving.
