DEAR EDITOR:

Well it looks like Cobb Commission Chairman Tim (Ali Baba) Lee and his 40 thieves are about to pick the pockets of their constituents again with his phony tax cut and his mindless raising of the pay of his fellow thieves, while many of his constituents are living on crackers and beans. Once again he feels like his constituents have way too much money and he and his cohorts don’t have nearly enough.

More pay for less work has been the watchword of the Cobb County pickpockets for the 12 years that I have lived here.

Why is it that no one ever bothers to mention the fact that the only reason there is money in the water department account to steal is because of the $3.50 per month that every ratepayer pays on his water bill for the maintenance of the street lights? That deal is supposed to stipulate that any excess in funds collected over maintenance cost is to be returned to the ratepayers.

I have never received such a rebate on my water bill in the 12 years that I have lived in Cobb County.

Proof positive that whenever the politicians get their hand in your wallet, they never take it out.

Marvelous!

Lee will stop stealing from the water system only when his bosses at the Chamber of Commerce order him to do so. They want lower property taxes, not lower water rates, so don't look for any relief in the near or long term.

Ali Baba had 40 thieves with him, Lee only has 4 on the BOC!

I tried to get you to vote him out, but you just wouldn't listen. Now pay up.
Tired of tea.

Lee and the rest of the commissioners were elected. Most of the tea party haters and extremists are frustrated low educated whiners. If it were up to them we would never have any taxes and might as well go back to caves.

Far too many in these days love to paste labels on other people's foreheads, while they stick their own heads in the sand. The only label I accept is "Veteran". I put in my time for 4 years during the Korean. I earned my right to protest. When and where did you serve the country? If you haven't, please shut up.
