Imogene Smithwick age 84 of Marietta, passed away August 4th. Mrs. Smithwick was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. A member of the Chattahooche Baptist Church and one who never missed a Bingo game. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday August 7th in the chapel of Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jimmy Day and Pastor Harace Smithwick officiating. Interment will follow in Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery. She is survived by a son David and Carol Smithfield. Daughters, Sandra Coleman and Connie and Ed Woods. 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Odell Smithwick, brother Michael Smithwick and her parents Cephus and Mary Rolader Power. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday August 6 form 5-9 p.m. Georgia Memorial Park Chapel in charge of arrangements.
