Kenneth Wayne Camp, 59, of Powder Springs, died Monday, July 22, 2013. Service will be held 11 a.m., Friday, at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home and Crematory Macland Chapel in Powder Springs, with Rev. Andy Cunningham officiating.Mr. Camp lived most of his life in Cobb County, a graduate of McEachern High School. Served in the U.S. Navy CV’s, was manager of restaurants early in life and later worked in construction where he mastered every trade. He attended McEachern Memorial United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Van Camp of Cedartown; one daughter, Tiffany Camp of Austell; two sons, John Camp of Rome, Ashley Camp of Hartford, CT; parents, Tommy and Tressie Camp of Powder Springs; three brothers, Mark Camp of Douglasville, Terry Camp of Austell, Michael Camp of Powder Springs; three grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. Family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home.
