Kiarica Jones of Marietta faces charges after she allegedly hid Jaterrio Pitts in her apartment from Cobb County Police. Pitts has several warrants out for his arrest, according to the arrest warrant.

Police say Pitts fell from the ceiling at Jones' apartment while police were questioning Jones about Pitts' whereabouts. The warrant states that Pitts was hiding in Jones' attic.

Both Pitts and Jones were arrested on July 11 and jailed on $5,000 bonds. Pitts was charged with criminal trespassing and obstruction of a law enforcement officer, and Jones was charged with hindering evidence. Both were charged by the Cobb Sheriff’s Office.
