From staff reports

A Missouri man is facing kidnapping charges after police say he transported three teenage girls from St. Louis to the Best Western on Busbee Drive in Kennesaw.

Clarence Jones of St. Louis is in custody at the Cobb County Jail after police say he transporting two 16-year-old girls and one 15-year-old girl to Georgia without their parents/guardians’ consent. Each victim’s mother confirmed that the accused did not have their permission to transport their daughters to Georgia, according to the arrest warrant.

Jones was arrested by the Kennesaw State University Police Department on May 26. He will not be able to post bond because he is considered a flight risk and a danger to his victims, according to the arrest warrant.
