Was Reginald a student of the University or have the local thugs picked up on the thug strategy down at Georgia Tech and GSU?
If Reginald is not an SPSU student, and is eventually found guilty of these crimes he is alleged to have committed, could we perhaps visibly shackle him into a glass Popemobile-style display vehicle and then drive him around the local apartments every day as a public example to all those contemplating similar crimes?
