June Kiler Sedlacek passed away on March 3rd 2013 at the age of 82. Memorial services will be held 2:00pm Wednesday, March 6th 2013 at Winkenhofer Funeral Home followed by the interment at Pine Ridge Memorial Park with Dr. Wallace Wheelis officiating. Family will receive friends from 12-2pm Wednesday at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home. June was born in Norton, Kansas on September 25th 1930. June was adopted by MSG Noble and Mrs. Kiler. Shortly after their death June went to live John and Rose Kiler (Noble’s brother). Growing up in Los Angeles, CA, June met Ray; they were married on December 27th 1951. In 1965 June and Ray, along with their 3 children (Linda, Deborah, and Kevin) moved to Kennesaw, GA. June was a member of Kennesaw United Methodist Church for 48 years. She retired from Kennestone Hospital where she worked as an emergency room outpatient receptionist. She was preceded in death by her grandson Patrick Bohnet June is survived by her husband Raymond of 61 years, daughter Linda Sedlacek, daughter Deborah Huff and husband Michael and son Kevin Sedlacek and wife Gabriele. Additionally, she is survived by nine grandchildren: David Woodford, Corey and wife Amanda Woodford, John and wife Amy Huff, Jeremy Huff, Debra Bohnet, Jessica Bohnet, Capt. Jonathan and wife Carey Sedlacek, Stephen and wife Tiffany Sedlacek and Kevin Sedlacek II; five great grandchildren, Nika Wilson and husband Andrew, Maggie, Bentley, Ellie Huff and Sylvia Bohnet; one great-great grandchild Ariana Rayne Wilson. June was a devoted wife and mother and loved by all who knew her. She coached her daughters softball games, was an avid knitter of Afghans, baby blankets, and cross stitched quilts, and raised four peek-a-poos.
