Thomas Howard McCollum age 86 of Powder Springs died March 1, 2013. Graveside Services will be held Tuesday March 5th at 2:00pm Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Mike Woods and Rev. Alan Davis officiating. The Family will receive visitors Monday at the funeral home 4pm to 8pm. He was a Member and Deacon of First Baptist Church of Powder Springs, a member of Springville Masonic Lodge #153 for 60 years and retired from Lockheed Marietta in 1983. He was a USMC, WW II Veteran and served 4 years in the National Guard. He is preceded in death by his wife Rita Goodwin McCollum. Survivors include two daughters Elaine (Joe) Boyd and Sherry (Raymond) Dilbeck of Powder Springs, one sister Remell Williams, 2 brothers; Clarence (Jean) McCollum and J M (Barbara) McCollum. 4 grandchildren; Jennifer (Daniel) Dilbeck Johnson, Christy (Brent) Dilbeck Hardman, Foster grandson Brian Graham and Foster granddaughter Sarina Graham. 3 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
