Funeral services for Carol C. Payne 72, of Marietta will be held at 6:00PM in the Chapel of Southcare Cremation and Funeral society with Rev. Merik Hufton officiating. Mrs. Payne passed away February 22, 2013 at Tranquility at the Mountain in Marietta. Born September 16, 1940 in Carrollton, GA. she was the daughter of the late W.S. Caswell and Edith Eason Caswell. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and friend. Survivors include her daughter, Tracey Chmelecki; a son Mike Graham; and grandchildren Rebekah Graham, Andrew Graham and Conner Graham all of Marietta and a brother, Don Caswell of Carrollton. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 4-6PM at the funeral home. Southcare Cremation and funeral society.
