Cobb police seek men who robbed convenience store

AUSTELL — Cobb County Police are looking for two men who robbed a convenience store Monday afternoon in Austell.

According to investigators, one male held the door open to the Food Mart on Six Flags Drive while a second male, who was armed and masked, went directly behind the counter and took money from an employee’s pocket.

The males then fled the area on foot.

Police are looking for a black male, 6-feet tall and 200 pounds, between 20 and 30 years old and last seen wearing dark pants and a black “hoodie” with white and red stripes. They are also looking for a black male last seen wearing a black “hoodie,” blue jean shorts and white socks.
