Jaquarez J. Parks, 16, and Montavious Trevon Smith, 19, were arrested on multiple felony counts after allegedly aiming a semiautomatic handgun at a driver on Countryside Lane, off Spring Road west of Jonquil Park, and driving off in her Lexus between 9:46 and 10 p.m. on Dec. 18, criminal warrants say.
The suspects attempted to avoid capture by fleeing from patrol cars, according to police.
Parks and Smith were arrested the following day.
The pair each face a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving and felony charges of hijacking, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, attempting to elude police and armed robbery. Smith also faces a felony charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, based on a prior burglary conviction, according to the warrants.
Parks posted bond, while Smith is being held in the Cobb County Jail to be turned over to another law enforcement agency. It is unclear from jail records who will take custody of him.

Sean Murphy cyber bullied many of us on the Patch website, we have the proof. He had an agenda.
I will include this in the police report.
A city that has to put people up to try to silence the truth from getting out , is an extremely dirty, corrupt city.
The city has been warned .
I feel this stalker is a threat to my safety.
Is Smyrna somehow excluded from understanding THEY work for US?
I am simply waiting for answers.
Unfortunately, there is NO communication outlet w/ the city of Smyrna,.. because they have too much to hide!
It's you, doing the cities 'dirty work', that is on the 'creepy' side!! YOU are the one sitting in your garage, (is your wife aware of your stalking of me, a PRIVATE citizen??), looking for any comments that I make about expecting the city to do whats right. You see, I don't have to hide behind bullies & anonymous tags,...like you & the city.
There's not one elected official in Smyrna willing to be honest.
-reckless driving
-hijacking,
-aggravated assault,
-possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime,
-attempting to elude police
-armed robbery
As long as these parents treat their kids like crap growing up, that's what society will get....CRAP.
The lack of honest leadership in this city amazes me. What really amazes me, is how the folks continue to allow these thieves to take our (tax)money at gunpoint & spend it on their cronies & slush funds.
The biggest lie in Smyrna, is the Concord Road project! The city is continuing to repeat the lie that it's an 11.5 million dollar project. LIE!
It was a 9.2 million dollar project initially on the 2005 Splost. The city misused to money , paid big amounts to small businesses, paid Croy Engineering a big chunk to oversee this lie,.. then when the money disappeared,... they simply stuck the exact same project into the 2011 Splost.
...so who are criminals we really need to fear in Smyrna?
The dishonest government, that's who!
I, personally don't like the city I live in, looking like a SLUM,..while 20 MILLION is wasted on a road project that is nothing more than a SLUSH fund!
Smyrna deserves better than what it's got!!
Guess you are my cyber stalker, put up to chase me around. Yeah, I say, join their club,.. that should win you a 'favor'.
Smyrna citizens will wake up one day and wonder where their city went. They will find remnants in peoples pockets.
Where is the correlation between two teens that hijacked a car and the way Smyrna is run? If crime is an indication of how a city is run, all better get out of town anywhere they live. MK, it must be a totally miserable life to wake up every single day looking, hunting, searching, and praying for any way possible to smear Smyrna without getting arrested. It is you I fear that are so full of hatred all you do with your life is rant and rave about Smyrna. What really amazes me is you, MK.
