Jose Edgar Perez-Gonzaga, 29, faces a felony charge of failure to register as a sex offender. According to his Cobb arrest warrant, he was convicted of aggravated sexual assault on a child in 2008 in El Paso, Texas. The warrant stated he has lived in Georgia for over a year, violating a law requiring him to register with the local sheriff within 72 hours of entering the community.
Perez-Gonzago was born in Mexico and has an immigration hold on his release, according to the Cobb Sheriff’s Office.
Cobb Police arrested and charged Perez-Gonzaga after a traffic crash that occurred at 9:20 p.m. on Nov. 4 at South Cobb Drive and Westside Drive, according to the warrant.
Perez-Gonzaga was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, driving without insurance, and failure to yield a left turn.

Here's a thought, if and when caught, an illegal has to pay for all services received to date, forfeit all pay received, and the "employer" is fined 10 time amount they paid the illegal. No if, and, or buts.
