* The City of Kennesaw will conduct a public informational meeting Thursday, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Ben Robertson Community Center, 3753 Watts Drive, to address stormwater program management, transportation improvement plans, and a sanitation billing system upgrade. A short presentation will be followed by a question and answer period about each topic to address issues and concerns.
* The Vinings Business Association will conduct its monthly lunch meeting Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Social Vinings restaurant, 3621 Vinings Slope Drive in Atlanta. Lunch is $15 for members and $20 for non-members and guests. Demming Bass, chief operating officer of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, will be speaking on the Cobb Competitive Edge initiative.
