Why should voters elect you as judge of the Cobb Superior Court?
For over 9 years I have been a Juvenile Court judge, presiding over serious cases involving families and children. I also serve one week every month in as an Assisting Superior Court judge, hearing all types of cases in that court. My experi-ence and background make me the most qualified candidate.
Is there a particular philosophy you would follow in making decisions?
A judge should work to move cases expeditiously while preserving the rights of all parties, including victims; be fair and impartial in applying the law to the facts; and never legislate from the bench.
