I read Dale Cardwell’s MDJ article about the $73 million dollar deficit in the Dekalb County School system which described his experience with their history of squandering tax money over the last 10 years.
Then I read the article about the food stamp fraud here in Cobb County where Shamsha Mirza Vasaya stole $557, 421 of our tax money by fraudulent use of food stamps and EBT cards, which apparently now can be bought on EBay and Craigslist.
I view these two articles as describing just “the tip of the iceberg” of inept and wasteful use of our tax dollars. Our government’s wasteful spending is by no means confined to Dekalb School Systems and EBT cards, but across the board, and anyone who tells me otherwise is, in my opinion, either not paying any attention, very stupid, a liar, or all three.
Then when I read about the “Wireside Chat” where Cobb Commission Chairman Tim Lee and Kennesaw Mayor Mark Matthews tried to defend the notion that taxpayers should give government even more money, to be used in the same manner, I began to slobber and scream uncontrollably and everything went blank.
After I regained consciousness, and cooled down, I thought about what VFW Commander Danny Gardner wrote last week in the MDJ, “We strongly urge all patriotic citizens of our wonderful community to vote in this year’s elections; America needs your vote; please get out and vote.”

We are tired of the sham of unmarried but continuously childbearing by women to intentionally circumvent the welfare rules. Almost all illegals do the same - a dad should be identified and cross-referenced with Earned Income Tax Credit and registration of expensive vehicles.
