At the end of another year of federal government sanctioned colonization of America by millions of resentful illegal aliens, some predictions and observations for 2012 involving the organized crime of illegal immigration.

Prediction: Agenda-driven pollsters will continue to attempt to sway public opinion on what should be done with the millions of illegals who have created a massive, well-funded, bi-partisan and liberal media-backed defense force against deportation — the punishment for unauthorized presence in the USA.

Consider the ubiquitous campaign-driven “scientific immigration polls” containing questions that perpetuate the straw man argument that since it would be (regrettably) difficult to deport every illegal by sundown tomorrow, the only other option must be to begin another massive legalization. These skewed polls intentionally omit the proven and recognized effective reasonable solution called “attrition through enforcement.”

This concept — repeatedly presented in this space for nearly a decade and proven successful each time a state passes an immigration enforcement law — acknowledges that it took more than 30 years for the current national-suicide crisis to develop and that there is no magical overnight remedy. It could take 30 years to fully solve.

Gradual attrition of the illegal population through enforcement of the law is the logical and reasonable third choice Americans are not supposed to ever consider. Especially in an election season poll.

Predictions within a prediction: The media will continue to hide that fact that nearly half of the insurgent illegal aliens currently in the United States did not arrive here illegally. They came on legal tourist visas and refused to leave. The media — and the candidates — will fail to make the fact that we have no dependable system in place to monitor visa-holder departures a campaign issue.

Attrition through enforcement recognizes that border security and law enforcement is a fundamental duty of the federal government and is not a campaign bargaining chip. And that like all criminals, illegals flee enforcement.

One comical example: In 2007 when Arizona passed its E-Verify law, hundreds of thousands of fearful illegal aliens fled that state. The panicked howls from northern Mexican local officials said a lot. They pleaded for American advice on providing education, jail space, services and jobs to the hordes of impoverished returning Mexican citizens.

Proof that enforcement works came when much of the state and national media spent six months condemning Georgia’s most recent illegal immigration law known as HB 87 because illegals are leaving for friendlier states. As planned.

Another prediction: An increasing number of Georgia’s agriculture employers will begin to use the numerically unlimited federal H2A temporary guest worker visa established as part of the 1986 amnesty. According to a few grudging press reports, many Georgia growers who wailed that HB 87 and its E-Verify component made it hard to find and hire black market labor are now applying for legal workers… using the legal H2A method.

“I think a lot of growers are looking to H2A as an alternative this spring,” Charles Hall recently told Atlanta’s WXIA-TV. Hall is director of the Georgia Fruit and Vegetable Growers Association. R.T. Stanley, an onion farmer interviewed by WXIA, will also reluctantly use the H-2A program next year. Stanley says he and other farmers are “just forced into it because they can’t get enough labor otherwise.” There is now a shortage of illegals because enforcement works.

Prediction: Farmers will not turn down any taxpayer-funded subsidies in 2012.

Prediction: On immigration enforcement, GOP presidential candidate “Make ‘em Legal but Don’t Call it Amnesty” Newt Gingrich will continue to spew what National Review blogger and Center for Immigration Studies Executive Director Mark Krikorian charitably calls “gibberish” on enforcement. And the media will continue to ignore the fact that Mitt Romney is talking about attrition through enforcement.

Recent reports of declining unemployment numbers in Alabama and Georgia will ignore the fact that pending E-Verify and enforcement laws in both states were passed to protect legal workers and create job openings.

Observation: Because of her work on the issue when she served in the Justice Department, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan will reportedly recuse herself when the nation’s high-court considers the Obama administration’s challenge to parts of Arizona’s latest illegal immigration enforcement law in 2012.

Prediction: Justice Sonia Sotomayor, an unapologetic former member of the anti-enforcement National Council of La Raza (“The Race”) will not recuse herself.

And the dependable media will remain as silent on this travesty as they hope you will on immigration enforcement in 2012.

It's indeed inexplicable that the mainstream media continue to see no solution to the problem of illegals stealing American jobs.

When E-Verify has been shown to be so highly effective in preventing this.

Over the next year Georgia will phase in near-universal use of E-Verify to protect Georgia jobs. These jobs wouldn't have been saved were it not for the civic spirit of D.A. King and groups such as NumbersUSA.

In the spirit of a new people that is conscious not only of its proud historical heritage but also of the brutal "gringo" invasion of our territories, we, the Chicano inhabitants and civilizers of the northern land of Aztlan from whence came our forefathers, reclaiming the land of their birth and consecrating the determination of our people of the sun, declare that the call of our blood is our power, our responsibility, and our inevitable destiny.

We are free and sovereign to determine those tasks which are justly called for by our house, our land, the sweat of our brows, and by our hearts. Aztlan belongs to those who plant the seeds, water the fields, and gather the crops and not to the foreign Europeans. We do not recognize capricious frontiers on the bronze continent.

Brotherhood unites us, and love for our brothers makes us a people whose time has come and who struggle against the foreigner "gabacho" who exploits our riches and destroys our culture. With our heart in our hands and our hands in the soil, we declare the independence of our mestizo nation. We are a bronze people with a bronze culture. Before the world, before all of North America, before all our brothers in the bronze continent, we are a nation, we are a union of free pueblos, we are Aztlan.

Por La Raza todo. Fuera de La Raza nada.

Thanks Kevin Foley! Perfect time to illustrate what King says is true.

The AJC (media, Kevin)ran "opposing" guest columns Thursday, Dec 29 on what to do with the millions of illegals here. One was from Jerry Gonzalez, Exec. Director of GALEO. The other "opposing" view that actually said the same thing as Gonzalez's was from an immigration lawyer named Chas Kuck. What the AJC didn't tell readers of this junk was that CHAS KUCK IS VICE CHAIRMAN OF GALEO BOARD AND HE WORKS WITH JERRY GONZALEZ TO STOP ENFORCEMENT. AND THEY WORKED TOGETHER ON THEIR AJC COLUMNS.

But the AJC has blacklisted King.

Kevin: You are a great example of a liberal mind that will cost us our nation if King were to be silenced. Kng didn't say the press doesn't talk about illegal immigration genius. He says they don't tell the whole story.

Snakeater (and Frogbreath) - I suspect you two are unsophisticated consumers of media, willing to recline while D.A. opines rather than do a little digging on your own.

Take your anonymous shots, whoever you are!

Kevin Liberal Foley: I think what King is constantly saying, and what you are terrified to hear is that the media only talks about the difficulty and alleged racism of actually enforcing immigration laws and will not recognize that the illegals leaving Ga and alabam and Arizona and South carolina are evidence that...enforcement works.

But I like it that King makes you upset. hat is a good sign.

Your entry here is proof that tyou don't think very well.

You are denying that the liberal media has picked a side. too funny. Hooray for King. I wish he was on TV more often!

Gordon - Upset? I'm LMAO. D.A. sees a liberal conspiracy under every bed.

You probably don't know that deportations of undocumented aliens is at record levels under Obama. Don't be lazy or upset. Look it up.

When will you stop with your silly conspiracy theories, D.A.? After all, you're living proof the media doesn't ignore this issue since the most dangerous place to be is between you and a TV news camera.

Illegal immigration is covered all the time by the major networks, NPR, and newspapers of record. I doubt you read the New York Times or Washington Post, watch any news other than Fox, or listen to any radio other than Rush, Hannity, Beck and Savage, so your ignorance and affinity for baseless attacks is understandable.

Your problem is any media coverage that doesn't affirm your own narrow views on immigration is evidence of some liberal collusion among news editors and producers. Give me a break.

Kevin Foley??

Nah, you must be Rip Van Winkle, still not fully awake. Illegal Immigration is avoided by the main stream media unless it is to rant against the states as they make the effort to do what the federal government fails to do.

I assume your heroes are Holder, Obama, Linda Chavez, Jerry Gonzalez and Luis Gutierrez among others.

I have come to the conclusion that El Paso is really an eight year-old kid. "We need illegals"?

If 20 million are good, lets get 40 million! Right. What a mook. Either 8 yrs old, or someone who hires the illegals...21st century slavery.

As usual, King nails it. I wish he was in charge!

Illeagal immigrants are a net economic positive. We also need them because we have an aging population, which is not reproducing. Georgia farmers and consumers are already suffering from the unconstitutional anti immigrant law passed in Georgia. Why don't we keep the illegals who just want to work, and deport all convicted felons and rascists.

December 31, 2011
And you sir are a nut economic positive.

The depth of your economic knowledge is less than astounding, it may even be absent. The farmers , thanks to Rep. Ramsey and D A King are now announcing they will use H2A to hire their field workers. I cannot believe that in earlier articles there were actually farmers saying that they never heard of H2A.

If you go to ImmigrationCounters it will expose for your knowledge how illegal immigrants are a huge NET LOSS to America. Or the fact that you are willfully hoping to mislead those who read these posts.

Watch on youtube "Aztlan Rising"

and you'll begin to understand that this immigrants don't come to America to become American, but instead they've enter this nation by the millions (illegally), they have spread throughout the entire country and they follow the colonization doctrine by having 4,5, 6 or more children (American citizens), with the direct intention that 20 years from now, they will be able to vote and as such, they will vote in the interest of MEXICO, and future laws that would facilitate the massive inflow of more illegal aliens from Mexico, to a point that AMERICA's culture would be lost. As the Mexican say, this country belongs to them and was stolen by the White Americans. When we have millions, upon millions of foreign citizens (Mexicans), entering a foreign nation (U.S.A.) without permission, what do you think that is called?... of course it is called "AN INVASION". WHAT I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND IS WHY WOULD THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY OR ANY AMERICAN CITIZEN, SUPPORT SUCH AN ANTI-AMERICAN MOVEMENT?

The Obama administration has just about brought a screeching halt to interior enforcement of our immigration laws. As a former uniformed patrol agent with the U.S. Border Patrol and as a retired supervisory special agent of the former U.S. Immigration Service, I pay very close attention to what is happening in regard to enforcement operations, or in the current case, the lack thereof.

This administration through policy memorandums has systematically stymied the enforcement of our countries laws. This year Obama has directed the Homeland Security Investigations (which was formerly called ICE) offices to stop arresting ALL illegal aliens, with the exception of "certain" criminal aliens.

In effect, according to this directive, the American people have to wait until they are criminally victimized by an illegal before our immigration laws are enforced.

This amounts to nothing more than an AMNESTY without congressional approval.

To further the AMNESTY by the Obama administration, they have directed the U.S. Border Patrol to stay out of incorporated cities and towns, unless requested to respond by the local police. Imagine for moment that this means places like Las Cruces, NM and El Paso, TX will only see the U.S. Border Patrol only proceeding to a crime scene, when requested by the police. So no prevention of the crime will take place, because the police aren't going to enforce immigration laws fearing law suits brought by our U.S. Department of Justice.

In addition, the Obama administration has directed the U.S. Border Patrol from patrolling all commercial transportation hubs. This means that if the illegal alien, already convicted and deported criminal illegal alien, future criminal illegal alien, and/or terrorist can get past the immediate border area and get to the bus or train station, outside the highway checkpoints, they are free to roam America. Another way they can go and don't think the smugglers haven't thought of this, is to proceed to the numerous airports along our borders and hop a flight to anywhere in America free from fear of immigration law enforcement.

Tell me this isn't just plain nuts!

Wonderful column Mr. King. We are fortunate that you are helping in the fight for our country against the invasion of ILLEGALS. I continually tell people that enforcement of existing laws will go a long way toward dwindling the ILLEGAL population in the U.S.

Concerning the farmers-hiring ILLEGALS is easier than obeying the law and filing the H2A forms. The same with construction and lawn companies. They pay them cash thus hiding compnay income and avoiding all the paper work & taxes, both federal and state, that are required when you have LAWFUL employees.

It is a shame that the vast majority of the media is extremely liberal, which limits your facts & message from being widely distributed. I forward your column to all my friends who live outside Cobb County. Everyone else, please do the same.

As Mr. King says, the true answer to illegal immigration is to finally close jobs to illegals.

And as he states, one of the most effective ways to do this is through expanded use of the federal E-Verify program -- the Homeland Security tool that gives employers the ability to instantly confirm that their employees' Social Security numbers are legitimate.

It is E-Verify that the liberal mainstream media dearly wish would remain out of the debate about illegal immigration.

Washington, DC

TOP STORY: French officers look to ICE HSI for guidance on gang enforcement

French Officer with Gang Unit member

WASHINGTON — Across the United States, gangs threaten public safety in neighborhoods and communities.

"Transnational gangs are a worldwide problem, not confined to any single country," said Mark Selby, unit chief for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations' (HSI) National Gang Unit.

Outside our country's borders, law enforcement agencies like France's Gendarmerie Nationale are facing similar problems. There, gangs typically affiliated with Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco, are trafficking narcotics and using violence to resolve issues. These gangs are territorial and strive to control criminal activity in areas where they reside.

After hearing Selby make a presentation at a EUROPOL meeting, Captain Benjamin Suzzoni of the Gendarmerie Nationale had to learn more. Suzzoni convinced his colonel, Francis Hubert, to make the trip across the pond to shadow ICE HSI special agents with the ICE HSI National Gang Unit.

"We wanted to make sure they got the full experience," said Selby.

The ICE HSI team not only shared practices and strategies on how to combat transnational gangs, but they also took the French officers on an evening ride along with local law enforcement officers from the Dallas Police Department's Gang Unit. That evening, Gendarmerie Nationale personnel observed firsthand several ICE HSI strategies used to combat gangs, ranging from field interviews with known gang members to how agents utilize confidential informants. The French officers were particularly impressed with the effectiveness of Operation Community Shield, a national gang enforcement initiative where ICE HSI partners with international, federal, state and local law enforcement agencies to combat gangs.

"We rely on all of our law enforcement partners. Without them, we wouldn't be able to successfully conduct the targeted anti-gang enforcement actions or long-term criminal enterprise investigations that we do," said Selby. "In the majority of cases, we know who we're going to arrest before we arrest them. Information sharing and intelligence from the local police departments that work with us allow us to do this."

The representatives from the Gendarmerie Nationale plan to apply similar strategies to their gang enforcement activities upon their return to France. The Gendarmerie Nationale oversees law enforcement responsibilities for nearly 95 percent of France and French territories. Its force consists of more than 100,000 personnel.

Learn more about ICE's efforts to combat transnational gangs.

All of us who spend so MUCH time fighting and fighting to protect our children, our schools, our medical services, our jobs and our tax money that is given to illegal aliens for FREE welfare need to strengthen our efforts and protest protest protest. Anything less than adopting a stronger and wider span of effort to stop the illegal aliens will just mean MORE for them and LESS for us. This is OUR country and our government is giving America away our families. American families are being ripped apart by the tsunami of illegal aliens and their needs - and WE MUST STOP IT.

The reason illegal immigrants come to our country to work is because American "citizens" are pampered by the welfare state and don't have to work to live what most people in the world would consider to be a very good life. Cell phones, flat screen TVs, .32oz beers to take the load off after another hard day of sleeping in late and partying all night. This is the root of the problem. Make American "citizens" work again and the demand goes away. No more free rides. Audit the social services system and get rid of all of the fraud (there are people in line who really need help but cannot get it because of all of the fraudster deadbeats). The going rate for day labor is $8-$10/hr tax free. What is that $12-$14/hr gross? And this is not enough for these guys to get off the couch and stop playing their PS3 while smoking a blunt? Obviously not. Even if an American "citizen" does decide to drag themselves out of bed/off the couch and find a job they perform half as well as an illegal immigrant who knows what it is like to truly have nothing and work or starve. I would take these illegal immigrants over these American "citizens" any day of the week. And so will the middle class small businessman who has no choice because the price he can charge has been driven down by the economy. He has to get the most bang for the buck or go out of business. The simple fact is for the same $10/hr the illegal immigrant will produce much more than the lazy American "citizen". That is the real problem. Everything else is politics.

America has the reputation of being one of the most productive countries on the planet. Your rant reeks of GREED, and one who exploits illegal labor to stuff your pockets while complaining about "lazy" Americans. I didn't see a word from you about the budget-killing bottomless pit of K-12 education and SCOTUS-mandated free health care for 30 millions invaders, only "welfare" for lazy Americans. Welfare reform was enacted under Clinton in the late 1990s, and purged millions off of the public dole. GREED is why we have illegal aliens backing up in our toilets. GREED is why the U.S. Chamber of Commerce spends millions of dollars suing to stop immigration enforcement. GREED is why the two-party oligarchy has sat on their hands the last ten years while 50,000 Americans have been killed by marauding invaders across our southern border. GREED is why the mainstream media works 24/7 to promote the PROFIT LOBBY's agenda and to paint absolutely everybody demanding enforcement of laws and border protection as "racists." GREED, PROFIT, and the addiction to it are behind the malfeasance and treason of two U.S. Presidents in-a-row. Nobody buys the pro-illegal sewage you are ruminating anymore, the country is awake and the jig is up.

Hopefully the Attorney General's of all 50 states, will urgently need to check signatures of new people registering to vote. They should also check for authenticity, of absentee ballots that are easy to forge. What needs to be carefully checked is illegal aliens and other non citizens, have voted either intentionally or slyly engineered by the Liberal media, Unions and Democrat potential politicians. In the incoming elections in State, gubernatorial, county and municipal elections could be compromised, especially in close races. States--classified as Sanctuary states, Nevada and New York, that ignore federal immigration enforcement, need to be scrutinized carefully for fraudulent votes. Close races are especially vulnerable to non-citizens voting in the electoral cycles Acorn and its benefactors are still very potent and although supposedly prosecuted in 11 states are still alive and well; a peril to the national voting system. ILLEGAL ALIENS DO VOTE AND WATCH FOR IRREGULARITIES. Learn from websites like NumbersUSA, American Patrol, Judicial Watch, Federation of Immigration Reform and Center for Immigration Studies. Study about the corruption and rot that's spread through Washington for decades. Be aware that we must safeguard our liberties, Freedoms against Liberal-Socialist judges who enact their own laws from the bench and ignore the 'Rule of law.? A good example is the 9th circuit court of San Francisco, that need to be removed. A good example is the 9th circuit court of San Francisco, that judges that applying the 'Rule of Law' need to be removed.

DA, you are finally turning the tide against this ocean of illegal alien criminals that have, are, and will continue to swamp our country. The broadcast media has become the most dangerous collection of business interests in the United States, even surpassing the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. They pounced like starving vultures on the Russell Pearce recall and are now emboldened by that event as are the invading plague from Mexico and their supporters. Both local (Arizona) and national media now have Sheriff Joe Arpaio in their crosshairs and are working 24/7 to bring him down while bowing to the God of "racial profiling" Barrack Hussein Obama.

All of these broadcasters represent their sponsors (The Profit Lobby) who want the U.S. packed with invader-consumers at any cost, and who will stop at nothing to accomplish that goal. You could list every major news organization on this treasonous menu including FOX (News Corp.) who may just be the absolute worst.

What can the American people do about these conglomorate propaganda machines? Don't look to the FCC, who are in on the game. Americans must contact their SPONSORS directly and let them know they have purchased the very last of their products while they are involved in a nationwide campaign of lies, cover ups, and brain washing. Do it today!
