Neuman is accused of killing Sneiderman in November in the parking lot of his son’s Dunwoody preschool.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and WSB-TV went to court to obtain the documents, which were previously sealed. They were released Tuesday.
Prosecutors also say in the filings that a witness picked Neuman out of a photo lineup as the man he sold a gun to before Sneiderman’s killing.
Defense attorneys argue that lineup was suggestive. Prosecutors say they disagree.
Neuman, who worked with Sneiderman’s wife, is set to stand trial in October.
