Three others involved in the attempted marijuana transaction have been arrested and booked into Cobb Jail, according to warrants. Police continue to search for a fourth man.
Warrants state that Adam Gober, 21, of Riverdale, Ramirez Morris, 25, of Atlanta, and the unknown man scheduled a meeting at 28-year-old Mack Bradham's residence at 3128 Big Shanty Trail. Also at the home, waiting with Bradham for the three men was Hugo Hernandez, Cobb police said.
After the men arrived, Bradham bound the hands of Gober and Morris with plastic ties in the kitchen and pointed a handgun at them, according to Bradham's warrant.
Around this time, Hernandez was shot and killed, warrants state.
Gober and Morris, who have been charged in the shooting, then fled, according to police.
Cobb police spokesman Sgt. Dana Pierce said officers set up a perimeter after receiving a 911 call about the incident at 1 p.m.
Gober and Morris were subsequently captured by police near the crime scene in the Big Shanty Plantation neighborhood near Bells Ferry Road, police said. Gober was captured just east of the crime scene, while a police K-9 tracked down Morris in a creek bed west of the location, near Interstate 575, Pierce said.
Both are being held in Cobb Jail without bail, according to jail records. Bradham was also arrested and booked into the county jail without bail on charges of false imprisonment, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, records show.

You should be ashamed of yourself. How dare you saw that about someone's life. You did not know him, but I did, and he was a great kid, who did not deal drugs - and was innocent in this situation. He was just always there for your friends and that's why he was at that particular spot. If you're a parent, you should be very ashamed of yourself because he was someone's son, someone's brother, and friend. I wish I knew who you were and I would give you a piece of my mind.
