“UPDATE: July 3, 2012 9:15 AM

For readers who want to learn more about the federal IMAGE certification program, you can see the official website. Also, there is a bonus argument for expanding IMAGE certification to include the requirement that Cobb contractors are certified. Local anti-enforcement entertainer Rich Pellegrino is firmly against it. Which doesn’t mean that he understands it. See a recent and relevant MDJ news story on that fact. Maybe Rich can convince someone (else) to go on a hunger strike to back up his opposition…”

------------------------------------------

Here
, from the state Department of Audits, is a list of the nearly 1200 official agencies in Georgia who are still ignoring state law on even reporting that they have or have not taken the required steps to protect jobs for Georgians. Scroll through to find the agency closest to you.

Believe it or not, the number of violators in government is coming down since Georgia’s first comprehensive illegal immigration laws was passed in 2006

(Thank you for your courage state Senator Chip Rogers!).

Danny: Still nothing to say involving the topic, I am not surprised. You have given no position or opinion related to the topic, no cogent points at all. OK

If you don't have one, that's fine, I will then know what I am dealing with.

Danny: What is your argument or perhaps a statement regarding the issue at hand?

Lib in Cobb is perfet example of Libs everywhere and the fact that they cannot reason or think.

Lib repeats because that is all Lib has - gibberish.

Robert Johnson: So if the agencies use e verify and they don't file the report, then how is DA and the other e verify enforcers supposed to know that they are using e verify. The agencies are lying. Like the dog ate my homework.

Sounds like you are a little "DUH". I repeat myself due to the audience of people who don't get it the first time, that would be you and "snale".

There needs to be severe penalties for not following the law. Martha Stewart went to prison for less.

Lib in Cobb: Do you ever grow weary of proving how slow you are? The list below is of agencies THAT HAVE NOT FILED A REPORT. Not of non-E-Verify users.

I agree with Snale Eater. You MUST be Kevin Foley - whoever he is. There can't be that many people who get it so wrong so often and are so arrogant and repetitive. I hope...

You posted here before about an AJC article on this. You may want to go back and read it...and try to retain that info long enough get back to your keyboard.

Hey D.A., how about these departments in our own Cobb County! What's the problem with the people running these places? Might need to check a few ID's of some people with jobs in high places!

Snale Eater: My point again, because you missed it. E Verify is not being used by 1200 agencies of state goverment. Matt Ramsey is drafting more legislation to require E Verify use.

Thanks for your baseless rant.

Have a nice day.

Lib - thanks for today's version of proof that you are a mindless airhead who is under the impression that you have wit. I still think you Kevin Foley (whoever he is,that description fits) - but don't even care.

You illustrate that you care nothing for the law if you don't agree with its goals.

You show us that protecting jobs for legal immigrants and citizens is "nonsense" on your planet. BTW - that is what E-Verify does. You seem to think it funny that your tax dollars go to illegal workers and contractors while your neighbors are unemployed.

You show us that you are apparently under the impression that D.A. King can somehow enforce laws, but that you are OK with Obama refusing to do axactly that.

You also show us that you have no idea that it is necessary every year to pass laws to say that we must enforce laws because people like you (and the Chamber of Commerce)want no laws or enforcement for the protected class you have adopted in the name of moral superiority. And profit. And political power/votes if you can swing another amnesty.

You are a dimwit, wanna-be smart aleck coward who would let all the world stream into the USA so that you would never have to stand up for anything except attacking conservatives who want the laws enforced and actually think while you embarress yourself here several times a day.

But thanks for the constant - if intolerably repetitive and ignorant - demonstration of how Liberals "feel."

DA: I mentioned this yesterday, great job on enforcing this nonsense. I guess those 1200 agencies didn't get the memo, not including the private employers. Matt in Peachtree City and you should put together more legislation that no one will pay attention to.
