In the event that Congress were to pass a gun control bill, or the president were to sign a questionably legal Executive Order, banning certain or all weapons, who is going to enforce it?
The federal government has taken the position, as evidenced in the suits they have brought against various states on the issue of immigration law enforcement, that “States are not allowed to enforce federal laws.” So, if we have a federal gun control law, who enforces it?
I recall early in President Obama’s first term, he spoke of having a civilian police force, equal in manpower and strength to the military. Is this a roundabout way of justifying such? If so, how will it be funded?
This issue bears close watching.

Go figure. Obama is capable of anything, he's already proved that.
Maybe that this private citizens armed force will be doing the disarming.
Frightening.
