5th Annual Northeast Cobb Community Egg Drop

The 5th Annual Northeast Cobb Community Egg Drop will drop more than 90,000 eggs and pieces of candy from a helicopter at the Sprayberry High School football fields. There will also be face-painting and the Three-13 Salon, Spa and Boutique Kids Zone with inflatable slides and bounce houses for the toddlers and the older thrill seekers alike. Unlimited rides can be purchased for $5 per child. The Cobb EMC Egg Hunts will be 11:30 a.m. for children ages three and under; 1:30 p.m. will be the helicopter drop for 4-7 year olds, and 3:30 p.m. for children 8-10 to begin hunting.

‘King of Kings’

The Earl Smith Strand Theatre will have a screening of “King of Kings,” a storyline taken directly from the scriptures. The last time the film was shown publicly in the Atlanta area was at the Fox Theatre in 1958.

Living Hope Church and Open Arms Christian Child Development will have a free Easter Egg Hunt, pictures with the Easter Bunny, a butterfly release, an Easter Puppet Show, a family brunch, Easter crafts and games for children, and an Easter Worship.
