Police: Pregnant Cobb woman to be arrested after giving birth

MARIETTA — A pregnant Cobb County woman will be arrested soon after she gives birth, Marietta Police said. Lakesha Michelle Gilchrist, 38, was allegedly spotting shoplifting with her two daughters, ages 10 and 15, at the Walmart on Cobb Parkway on Friday, but was let go because she is 39 weeks pregnant.

The items Gilchrist allegedly tried to walk out with were valued at just under $1,600, police said. Office David Baldwin said that after Gilchrist gives birth, she will be arrested on charges of shoplifting and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Absolutely, One Sided. There are Baby Mama's and Baby Daddy's and sadly, they leave behind innocent children. They are then stuck with a grandmother in her 30's or 40's and a very tiny percentage have much hope. The news is so depressing and whenever Bill Cosby tries to speak up to the black community to take action, he's turned on like HE'S the enemy.

Spectacular. And the hideous cycle continues. Pop out those babies like Tic Tacs when they have absolutely no future ahead of them. Life of crime is what awaits them. This stellar citizen even incorporated her 2 daughters, ages 10 and 15, into the lifestyle she has chosen. Prices on goods go up because of crap like this. Take that baby away from this fool and give it to a family who is ready to love and care for it in a proper manner. And please, PLEASE, castrate this slob so she can't reproduce anymore.

To Non-reproducing: Way to go. I hope they take the baby away and the two daughters. Maybe someone can salvage the ten and fifteen year old -although it is probably too late.
