Raymon Reines was arrested on a felony charge of making terroristic threats and a misdemeanor charge and is accused of making repeated harassing phone calls, according to the arrest report.
According to the warrant, Reines repeatedly called Cobb EMC in reference to his power bill.
“When he did not receive the answer he wanted from employees he would speak to them in a belligerent manner using profanity and calling them names including racial slurs,” the warrant said.
After being warned by management at Cobb EMC, during a phone conversation at noon on May 24 “Reines did threaten to kill (an employee) if he came to turn his power off” the warrant said.
Reines was released Jan. 15 from the Cobb jail on a $5,000 bond.
