ATLANTA (AP) — A major military food supplier charged with inflating prices and defrauding the U.S. government faces a key court hearing in Georgia.

The first appearance hearing is scheduled Monday for Kuwaiti logistics firm Public Warehousing Co. The hearing has already been delayed five times as the firm, also known as Agility, is negotiating a possible settlement.

The company is the military’s prime food supplier in Kuwait, Iraq and Jordan. It is charged with making false statements, submitting false claims and committing wire fraud.

The company has said the allegations are “without merit.”
