Two Atlanta men face charges after reportedly stealing about $1,500 worth of metal from an Austell home.

Alfred Perdue and Travis Adams are accused of trespassing onto an Austell man’s property, crossing his barbed wire fence and stealing metal from his property, according to the arrest warrants. Police said they responded to the scene after witnesses contacted the Austell Police Department. The arrest warrant also states that a large amount of metal was found in Perdue’s vehicle.

Both Perdue and Adams were arrested by the Austell Police Department on July 5 and charged with criminal trespassing and theft by taking.
