Man arrested, charged in 2012 assault

A Powder Springs man has been arrested following an incident last year in which he is accused of assaulting two people and firing a gun through the door of an apartment.

Terrance Jamon Session remains in Cobb County Jail without bond on multiple charges of aggravated assault and false imprison for forcing his way into an apartment at 1040 Sandtown Road in Marietta and demanding money from a resident on August 13, 2012.

According to an arrest warrant, Session fired a round from a handgun into the door of a victim’s apartment and forced his way inside. He then forced the victim at gunpoint down the hallway into another apartment, where he threatened four people and demanded their money.

Session is charged with four counts of felony aggravated assault, four counts of false imprison detain, one count of kidnapping and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.

Session was arrested by Cobb County Police at the Fulton County Jail on April 13. He remains in Cobb County Jail without bond.
